We live in a world that worships "the grind." We are told that if we just suffer enough, we will succeed.

I spent 20 years building companies, exiting ventures, and advising capital firms. I saw the same pattern everywhere: Brilliant men and women failing, not because they were weak, but because they were misaligned. They were building machines that they hated operating.

I realized that you cannot "motivate" a broken system. You have to re-architect it.

My work is not about "finding yourself." It is about removing the friction that stops you from being yourself while you build.

I am not a theorist. I am a builder. My systems are forged in the reality of exits, equity, and execution.
